For rooms with 9 or 10-foot ceilings, consider 4'×12' sheets — they create fewer seams and result in a cleaner finish, though they're heavier and harder to handle. Most professional drywall contractors in the GTA charge $1.50–$3.00 per square foot for installation and finishing, on top of material costs.
